How to ruin a great design

This piece of writing Alice Rawsthorn, first explains that back in the old times, signs on streets were simple and yet still made there point on what it explained. As the passage continues, Alice then explains how the newer street signs are what she says as a “a crime against design.” Alice claims that not only are the newer designs "unsafe", but just make no sense in general. There was an example about a cyclist design that first was a simple design of an arrow and two words but put too much emphasis on the first letter which makes it distracting for people driving pass it. In a nut shell, Alice says that designers for street signs have not only gotten lazy with their designs but just didn't take them seriously enough to make new ones.

Non-Functionality

Functionality:
Learning while sleeping! This device is intended for all audiences (mostly the lazy ones). People can now learn anything just by doing what they always do...sleep. there will be small compact discs into the device and while your sleeping, the device taps into the short term memory and automatically converts it into long term memory.

Non Functionality:
Dont lay a finger on my butterfinger! Butterfingers that wont let anyone touch it; not even you. The butterfingers have a defense mechanism according to anyone that tries to touch it. someone with really warm hands will have there hands frozen by the butterfinger power.
